Ms. Desrosiers has long envisioned creating a company that integrates a wide range of services under one umbrella. With the shift from physical to digital markets, she saw an opportunity to realize her goal by launching M2A2 Enterprises LLC in 2015. The company now offers a diverse array of services, including in-person and remote notary, signing agent, certified apostille, Jurat, power of Attorney, fingerprinting, Exam Proctoring, I-9 forms, Divorce authorization, document transcription, and French and Haitian Creole translation. In addition, M2A2 Enterprises provides event planning and entertainment to ease life’s stresses and has recently added a convenience store to its offerings.

 The company’s innovative approach initially took shape with Sicaty Entertainment, a division specializing in events, performing arts, and a YouTube channel. This division has played a crucial role in revitalizing the Haitian entertainment scene, earning recognition from “Le Floridien Newspaper.”

 M2A2 Enterprises benefits from the combined talents and experiences of Ms. Desrosiers and her daughters—Misty Jean, a renowned singer; Ayla Lespinasse, an acting coach and actress; and Audrey Lespinasse, a sound engineer, actress, and U.S. Army veteran. This blend of skills and backgrounds strengthens M2A2 Enterprises as a versatile service provider. Our goal is to offer a comprehensive suite of services and solutions that cater to both personal and business needs, while our vision is to create a dynamic platform that supports and enriches both Haitian and American communities.
